ANAL FISTULA
Kshar sutra method is non operative and gives

better results than operation.

In last 30 years, thousands of such patients have
benefited after being treated in our center.

A sizable number of people suffer from piles

or hemorrhoids.

Piles are essentially a condition that

results due to the swelling

of veins in and around the rectum.

There are two types of piles;

internal piles -

where the swelling is located inside the

anal passage and can be felt rather

than seen;

external piles -

where the swelling

is easily visible because they are

located just outside the anus.

Internal piles cause the discharge of

dark colored blood whereas

external piles are extremely painful

with little or no blood discharge.

Constipation or forcing out stools could

lead to the rupture of the

veins and this results in bleeding piles.

This will cause internal bleeding

or external bleeding, depending on the

location of the rupture.

There is a lot of confusion on the subject.

This is because most individuals are

embarrassed or awkward about

discussing some health problems

and consider them to be of a personal

nature.

Very often otherwise health conscious

individuals even defer going to a doctor

or seeking medical treatment

simply out of fear or anxiety of

social discomfort.

The fact is that piles problems are

exceedingly common and if treated

effectively can be cured permanently.

Piles is not a disease,

but is a condition that could be caused

by some underlying infection,

but there is no such thing as a

piles infection.

In most cases piles is simply caused

due to faulty eating habits,

with diets that are deficient in essential

fiber, while being extremely rich in fat.

Piles symptoms, cures and treatment

are connected and it is important to

identify the cause of the piles

for a lasting piles cure.

Piles may be caused by a variety of

factors apart from the most common

diet causes.

The direct cause being the exertion of

excessive pressure on veins in the anal

region causing them to get inflamed.

Obesity can contribute to the

development of piles and severely

aggravate the problem

because of increased pressure.

For the same reason piles symptoms in

pregnancy are not uncommon and the

condition usually resolves naturally

post delivery.

In such scenarios simple

home remedies for piles

can offer a great deal of relief.

Typically these would include diet

remedies and modifications to your

lifestyle. While there are piles

remedies for quick relief it is absolutely

necessary to make changes to your

lifestyle and diet for a lasting

cure to the condition.

Failing this piles will simply keep

recurring and worsen over time.

In cases where piles have been caused

by some underlying condition such as

bowel cancer then treatment

would need to address that underlying

condition to cure piles.

More than 80% of anal fissures resolve without

any treatment whatsoever.
They can be healed through proper diet,

high fiber, and lots of water.

The main goals of treatment are to treat the
underlying constipation and hard bowel movements
that have created the anal fissures in the first place.
Softer and wetter bowel movements are easier
for the patient to pass through their rectum,
and they will not cause any further damage
to the anal fissure. Eating foods high in fiber
that absorb a lot of water in the intestinal tract
are the best remedy for anal fissure.

Nevertheless, there are some treatments for
anal fissures if the problems are persistent,
and they don’t go away with time or diet change.
You can take stool-bulking agents that build up
the stool as well as eating a lot of fiber,
and then you can take stool-softening agents
to make it come soft. Laxatives are sometimes
used to keep the flow of bowel movements flowing.
Mineral oil can be used to make the passage of stool
easier without as much stretching or abrasion in the
anal thin tissue. Sitz baths can also help to
relieve the spasms.
Recurrence of anal fissures can be 50-70%
if the patient does not continue on the high-fiber
diet after his anal fissures heal, but the recurrence
rate is only 15-20% if he continues to remain
on a high-fiber diet.
Some doctors apply NTG ointment directly to
the internal anus area, but some patients cannot deal
with the side effects like headache and dizziness
so they forego NTG ointment or use it sparingly.
Injection treatment has even been applied for anal fissures,
but the treatment only lasts 3 months.
Some doctors use lateral internal sphincterotomy
surgery because it is the best treatment for
healing chronic anal fissures. Usually,
after 3-4 weeks of medical therapy,
surgery is opted for if the other treatments don’t work.
Sometimes, consistent enema treatments are ordered.
Up to 80% of infants deal with anal fissures,
and they’re apt to go away on their own.
What you put in, or most often don’t put
into your body, can cause anal fissures.
Most anal fissures heal directly after surgery.
Treatment after surgery includes eating a
high-fiber diet that will prevent constipation in
the future. Anal fissures require treatment that is
opical, internal, and sometimes surgically.
It’s best to start at the first instance
and work your way up to the surgery.

Hemorrhoids Diet | Piles Diet

Recommended diet to help prevent hemorrhoids from developing
is first of all a diet that helps you to keep a soft stool.
  • Fiber rich diet is rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains

(or fiber supplement). Fiber adds bulk and moisture to the

stool, and it speeds movement through the intestinal tract.

Fiber rich diet can prevent constipation and thus also

    hemorrhoids from developing.
  • Wheatgrass juice aids in proper digestion.

Furthermore, green juices provide easy assimilation of

nutrients especially in cases of poor digestion or immuno-suppression.

Fluids

  • Drink lots of fluids (not alcohol) at least 8 glass each day.

Drinking results in softer, bulkier stools.

A softer stool makes emptying the bowels easier and

lessens the pressure on hemorrhoids caused by straining.

Eliminating straining also helps prevent the hemorrhoids from protruding.

Avoid

  • Avoid highly refined foods like white rice, white bread, pastries, cakes, pies.
  • Alcohol should also be avoided as it can contribute to small, dry stools.
  • Avoid acid forming foods such as sugar, animal protein, dairy,

and caffeine-containing food and beverages, as well as all beverages with soda.
